Trial of the Crusader 25 Man Gear Guide

Following on from the 10 man version, here is the 25 man version of the gear guide. I have made some more adjustments to the styling, so please comment on your thoughts regarding these. These changes include adding notable mp5 or spirit gear, colour coordinating the items to show as red and blue (for Horde and Alliance versions) rather than purple for epics (Note: They are ALL of epic quality).

Northrend Beasts:

Lord Jaraxxus:

Faction Champions:

Twins Val'kyr:

Anub'arak:

Tribute Chest (Heroic Only):

Enjoy,

  1. Nice gear guide, but it would be useful if you could somehow highlight which items are cloth or leather - maybe a (C) or (L) after the name?

  2. Why? We are not suppose to get physical damage other than some random add every once in a while.

if you need armor, you play pvp, but then you get the pvp gear.

dont add C or L or whatever behind:)

  3. I really liked the new colors :) (it was kind of my idea so of course) Nice work :)

  4. The Blue / Red colors really struck me as the Red and Blue pill of the Matrix for some odd reason. Guess that means the Horde are those who want to see how far the rabbit hole goes.

Anyway, thank you for putting this together. I have a hard time using Wowhead to look for stuff that may be good for my Shaman (perhaps cause I do it while at work...) and this helps to see what I should aim at in ToCr.

  5. Some people like myself do like to consider what type of armour it is too...mail is more 'shaman-ey'. This isn't a min-max blog and I'm not suggesting that mail is always BiS, it's just something I would like to see. Up to Puut if he actually puts it in or not.

  6. @ Anonymous: I could do that, but it does say what type the gear is if you scroll over the item (top right corner of the popup). I think I will leave it be, but I do appreciate the input!

@ Harrycane: I am glad I decided to go through with the red/blue distinction. I am changing the 10 man one as well today. When I wrote out the Alliance and Horde at the top of the 10 man guide I colour coded them and thought of doing something along those lines, so your input was well taken.

@ Crofe: I have found it to be a mess when searching for items because of this Horde/Alliance thing too. A lot of the time when I do these things it is as much for me as it is for the readers, because I always tab out and see what the next boss might drop and this helps compile it and make it more straightforward.
